Arthog Day One...

We arrived at Arthog at 12ish, got picked up by Mark and Alan in the buses and taken up the hill to the centre.  After a quick meeting we were treated to a sandwich, a bag of crisps and a cake.  Then we were packed up with a waterproofs and split into year groups.  Year 6 have been working with Alan, the instructor and Mrs O'Dowd whilst Year 5 have been with Mrak, the centre manager, Mrs Booth and Mr Davies.

We spent the afternoon teambuilding and then were treated to a quick trip to Fairbourne beach for a quick paddle in the sea (or full on dive for some of us!).  As I type, we are waiting for tea.  After tea, we have the tuck shop and the nightline activity to look forward to.

Tomorrow, we are canoeing and gorge walking.  In the sun hopefully!
