Lesson: Design and technology

Class: Class 3 Year: 2019 - 2020

Recently, Class 3 have been exploring and experimenting making different linkages. This involved measuring and cutting different lengths and widths of card in order to make the arms for their linkages. The children then needed to pierce their card to add split pins.

The children gained valuable skills with using craft knives safely and all worked really hard to be precise and accurate with their measuring.

This will help us when designing our Stone Age moving pictures using 2 different linkages.
