Rainforest Projects

Date: 25th May 2018 @ 1:23pm

WOW! Look at our amazing projects inspired by our geography topic on the Rainforest!

We have used an atlas to find where all the worlds rainforests are, and we noticed they are all around The Equator, an imaginary line around the centre of the earth. We know that the rainforests are split into four parts called the forest floor, understory, canopy and emergent layer. There are lots of different animals, plants and insects who call the rainforest their home. We have made promises in class to help us protect the rainforest, from recycling paper to turn the lights off when we leave a room. We have all readlly enjoyed our Rainforest topic!
